We had an Air Scrubber system installed by Hunter. Great guy, friendly, knowledgeable very easy to speak with. Great with explanation and some future advice. Been using Western for many years from clear back when I owned apartments.

We had arranged with WH&AC to do a maintenance check on our air-conditioning system before hot weather sets in. The response was timely. Gabriel, the technician arrived, on time. He explained what he was going to do and indicated about how long it would take. He was polite and efficient. He wore a mask and respected the social distancing guidelines in the current pandemic.

Kade was not only professional but Pleasant and friendly. He explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand and outlined several options to accomplish it. I really appreciate that he didn’t just try to sell me something I didn’t need. I have used this company for several years and have never been disappointed in their service. Ryan was punctual, professional, got things working and was clear at communicating.Edit: I may have spoke too soon. The heat didn't kick on last night (the night after Ryan came out). The blower was going before Ryan came out yesterday (in fact that was all that was going), but now this morning that isn't going either.I've reached out to Western via phone this morning and spoke with Emily. She set expectations that Ryan will be giving me a call.Edit 2: Ryan was off today so Western sent Ben out, who identified the issue as a bad fuse caused by a cable that was unplugged (I'm guessing it just got bumped while other maintenance was being done). He replaced the fuse, hooked things back up and got things working again. He also took some time to show me the layout of the furnace.Thanks guys! I look forward to working with you more in the future.

I was not there myself to meet the technician and work with him, but over the phone Joe Abbatiello explained things very well and was to the point and concise. My mom, who WAS there, said he was very nice and professional and even stuck around to help investigate a major food coming from the neighbor’s condo that was seeping into my home. I also appreciated that he showed a lot of concern for other problems with standing water in my home with the air conditioning and advised in a very well-intentioned manner to have the problem addressed. He was not trying to get me to spend more money on his efforts or Western heating and air; he just wanted the best for my home and its safety. He made a stressful situation disappear in a matter of an afternoon. Thank you, Joe!
