The hot summer is lingering just around the corner, and our Orem air conditioning company is getting prepared for a busy season of AC repairs and installations! Recently, our service manager, Derek Youd, was asked by ACHR News how we prepare for the busy summer season. For Youd and the rest of Western Heating and Air Conditioning, communication becomes extremely important during the summer months. Scheduling of on-call rotations gets taken care of early, so that all the HVAC technicians will know which Saturdays and holidays they’ll need to work. Youd also told ACHR News that incentives like gift cards and extra vacations days can be important motivators for technicians who are working hard and putting in extra hours.

Brady and LT (and the entire Western Heating & Air Team) have been amazing through a less than ideal scenario. Our outdoor unit with our ductless system was having issues and completely went down on two occasions. Once they figured out the issue, they got a warranty claim in process and quickly got the new unit installed (Brady and LT are true professionals and pros at what they do). Our family feels in good hands with Western Heating and Air, and appreciate all the compassion and hard work to help us through this less than ideal scenario with the problems we had with the outdoor unit.
