Celebrating 25 Years

Western Heating and Air Conditioning is celebrating 25 years of excellent service this month! We kicked off the month with a small birthday party that featured an unveiling of new logos, vans, and an updated website. Our employees gathered early on the morning of Thursday, October 1st to view the unveiling. 

“We have endured a lot as a company through the years, but we’ve always come out the other side stronger than ever,” said Co-owner and President Ryan Snow in a speech on Thursday. “[Company Founder] Rod Black built something amazing, and we are honored to continue his legacy of honesty and hard work each day. We’re grateful for all the growth we have seen, and all the individuals who have joined our team.”

Western Celebrates 25 years

We had planned to have a community gathering to celebrate 25 years in business, but due to community safety guidelines, we opted to have a small gathering with employees only. Instead, our company held twelve days of giveaways leading up to the unveiling of the new brand to include the community in its celebration. 

“We were sad that the community and families of our employees couldn’t attend the celebration in person,” said Angie Snow, Co-owner. “We hope that the community felt as involved as possible during our twelve days of giveaways. We couldn’t be more thankful for our loyal customers who are the reason we have lasted so long, and we look forward to 25 more years of service!”

At the party, we had the unveiling of new logos, the unveiling of new branded vans and trucks, and swag and giveaways for our employees. We also had an amazing breakfast, complete with a cake featuring our new logo!

We’re grateful for the loyal customers who have been with us throughout the years. We pride ourselves on excellent, honest work and look forward to many years of continued service.

I care about how I'm treated by the technician and that's why I'll use this company while Ben is employed there. He knows what he is doing with the cleaning of my heater, and and he cares about my feelings as a person while he is there. Thanks!

Easton was a breath of fresh air. He was confident, efficient and positive. We enjoyed having him check out our furnace.

Wesley arrived and did maintenance as well as made sure everything was in working order. He explained some of the issues I had been experiencing and why they were happening. Very knowledgeable and professional. Wesley has been to our house before. When he's done i feel confident and assured that we have been taken care of and have been given sound advice for home maintenance between checkups. Thanks again for the quick response even though I know you guys are so busy.
