Change is a GREAT thing at Western Heating!

In 2015 Western Heating & Air Conditioning celebrated 20 years in business!  A lot has changed in 20 years…

Do you remember Rod and Carol Black? They founded Western Heating & Air Conditioning in 1995. Rod is an honest man and had built a great reputation for Western Heating & Air Conditioning. His wife Carol was meticulous at book-keeping and together they made a great team!

As we were contemplating the purchase of Western Heating and Air Conditioning, we saw first hand the honesty, the integrity, and love that Rod and Carol put into their business and their employees.  We knew it was a business we wanted to be a part of.  We purchased the company from Rod in 2007.  At that time he had 4 technicians and ran the business from his own home.  This was one busy man!

After purchasing Western Heating & Air Conditioning, our goal was to continue to provide amazing service, and carry on the legacy that had began with the Blacks.  During the last 8 years we have worked hard to help Western grow and build a stronger brand and a stronger team.

In 2015, Western celebrated it’s 20th anniversary!  Check out some of the fun changes that have happened:

We now have 23 amazing team members… including installers, service and maintenance technicians, system advisers, as well as highly trained customer service representatives and managers.

You can see how the logo has gone from fading to strong and bold.

Western relocated to a larger space in Orem in 2012 to accommodate our growing team.  We were honored to have Miss Orem, and the Mayor present at our ribbon cutting ceremony, as well as other dignitaries, members of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, and of course some of our favorite customers!

Western updated vehicles to show more of our Western Brand.  Our old vans were white with our old logo.  Our newer vans help generate revenue which support important causes such as breast cancer research, sending love to our troops, and assisting with children’s health and well-being.

You can see on our 20 year seal, that Western Heating has put into place our core values that our team lives by.

With all of these fun changes, Western has also shown a greater desire to improve customer service and customer satisfaction.  That’s why some things never change… like the fair pricing, the honesty and integrity of the company, and fact that Western strives to exceed customer expectations by providing a whole new level of comfort!

We feel very blessed to be part of the Utah Valley community, and we are excited to see where the next 20 years takes us!
