It's too hot to have a broken AC for the weekend! I was so relieved that Ben could come out earlier than scheduled and repair my AC. Ben was awesome! He is very friendly and makes the whole experience very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and gave me really good maintenance advice. The price was about what I expected. Very happy with the work done and very happy I purchased the maintenance package.

Expensive but fix the AC...if I wasnt a whimp I could have chnaged the capacitor myself but because I had juat had surgery, I didnt want to be messing with a capacitor.

Western Heating & Air got us on the schedule within 24 hours of me calling. Devante was our tech and provided excellent service. He even got to us earlier than expected and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough (he discovered what was wrong pretty quickly). Really appreciate the great service rendered, especially as the heat is on the rise!!!

Jeff came out to troubleshoot my very old central air unit...I know it has been on its last leg for awhile. Jeff thoroughly went thru my furnace and A/C unit and explained everything in my terms and showed me the issues. My system is shot and I know that…I have a new system coming from Western, Mark helped me decide the best unit for my house and budget. If I did not trust this company and used in the past I would not have purchased a brand new unit for my home! I appreciate the professionalism.

Easton did a great job doing the maintenance our AC. It needed to be cleaned so it would run more effeciently and it looked so much better after he finished. He was very helpful and gave us information on keeping everything working at it best. We were very happy with all he did.
