Western Heating & Air Celebrates with American Fork

One of the best things about being a small business in Utah County, are the wonderful opportunities to connect with communities and people we serve.
Earlier in July, the team at Western Heating & Air had the privilege of being one of many sponsors for American Fork Steel Days. Many hours went into preparation for the city-wide celebration. When Angie Snow, owner of Western Heating & Air, heard about an opportunity to sponsor the “American Fork’s Got Talent” portion of the celebration, she was so excited!
Snow quickly brought her team into the planning and they looked for other ways to be part of the Steel Days celebration. Her Service Manager, Jeff Marvin, along with the help of other team members, spent several days building a custom air conditioning system to sit on the back of a trailer for the parade. Powered by a generator, the system provided a nice flow of cool air for the participants on the parade route.
The fun didn’t stop there! Western Heating set up a booth in the Art Dye Park, next to the carnival and the stage. The team from Western had a wonderful time visiting with the patrons of American Fork, and even had a drawing for a free duct cleaning. Huge congratulations to the winner, Gary Sabin!
Even more important to Snow was the opportunity to share more information about the Emily Effect at the booth. The Emily Effect is a non-profit organization that supports new mothers who struggle from the effects of post-natal depression or other mental illness. Western Heating & Air has been a supporter of the organization since its inception in 2016. During the celebration, Western was able to raise $523 to donate to the organization. The family and team at Western Heating & Air Conditioning would like to thank the fine team at the American Fork Chamber of Commerce for organizing such a wonderful celebration for the city of American Fork. It was pleasure to mingle with so many of our customers and friends there.

Tyler and Carter were efficient, helpful, and courteous. They walked us through our new system and explained everything so we could use and maintain the system after they left. Great experience!

Brady and LT (and the entire Western Heating & Air Team) have been amazing through a less than ideal scenario. Our outdoor unit with our ductless system was having issues and completely went down on two occasions. Once they figured out the issue, they got a warranty claim in process and quickly got the new unit installed (Brady and LT are true professionals and pros at what they do). Our family feels in good hands with Western Heating and Air, and appreciate all the compassion and hard work to help us through this less than ideal scenario with the problems we had with the outdoor unit. THANK YOU!
