Easton was very personable and very knowledgable. He walked us through the whole process as he made the repair. He also diagnosed some other issues that were going on and offered some potential solutions. He came out on a Saturday and his rates were the same as Monday thru Friday, and his service call rate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Western Heating and Air has always taken great care of me as a customer. Spencer recently came with another technician he was training and they were super professional and did a great job looking over my HVAC system. Also did a minor repair.
