Call furnace tune up refer to health inspection report form. Equipment is running appropriately at this time with now sign of issues other than the need for filters. The more we run the equipment without filters the more dirty it can become and we are starting to see a little bit of build up inside the evaporator coil. IAQ products will help improve air quality and overall comfort of the home. Discussed benefits on having a Flow Tech with the tankless water heater. Recommendations refer to estimates.
Zone board is sending power to dampers like it supposed to. Filter is dirty. Recommend 1†filters to be replaced once a month. I can not locate dampers. There are no damper doors to access the dampers. I would advise contacting the other western air that installed the system in home. They are contracted with Edge homes. We can find the dampers unless we start cutting holes in the Sheetrock and we. Do not cover the sheet rock repair. You can have use come back and find the dampers. It would just be our hourly rate plus parts. System is running when i left
Call for Magic-Pak having a hard time keeping up. Checked temperature split and it’s on coming out at a 15 degree temperature split ideally it should be falling between 18-22 degrees. No restrictions in the air flow observed it’s believed there may be issues with refrigerant charge but with the way the unit is set up the service ports and gauges being placed on while unit is running is next to impossible to do. Can’t accurately check pressures to say for absolute there’s a problem with it, it’s just suspected given temperature split. Capacitor and electrical are measuring within manufacturer specifications, condenser fan has some sign of oil leaking indicating the gasket keeping the bearings sealed has failed and is leaking right now everything is all right with it but once the bearings dry up it will cause problems for the motor. Magic-Pak’s parts are difficult to get when all is said and done if they do give up completely so be mindful of that. At this point system is co
Turn up on two York air-conditioning systems. Equipment is in overall good condition. I did notice a high static pressure in the supply duct which is typical of a damper system, As well possibly closed supply vents. I would recommend keeping vents open to reduce static pressure and reduce load and increase efficiency of air conditioning system. All of the electrical components are operating properly at this time.
Compressor I grounded customer has lost power to home because power is crossed inside the compressor. Customer will reach out to home warranty to see if they will cover the cost otherwise Western will provdie the service to the customer
System still has short which is causing all of these problems. System is running when I left.
