Getting the job done right is a given - you expect that. The “icing on the cake” is how friendly and informative the techs are; I’ve had a few over the years and all have listened, answered questions and explained what was going on - friendly guys. A couple of years ago they were replacing an old furnace in a difficult space. The company owner (Ryan) stopped by to see how it was going - hadn’t met him before and haven’t talked to him since. But he saw me unloading a ton of wood pellets from my pickup, came over and grabbed a bag and said, “Let me help.” He worked beside me for the next 15 minutes until they were all unloaded and stacked. Now when a company owner understands customer service like that, you can believe his employees do as well. And they do - you can take that one to the bank. On a 1-to-5, they get a six.

I performed an AC tuneup on two systems The 2003 York system is working properly, its old and could use an AC tuneup kit. The 2020 Western system is working properly with no concerns at this time. See health report card for more details.

No heat. Control board is shorted out along with the transformer and blower motor. Asked you if you had any power outages. System looks like it may have taken a surge causing parts to go bad. Would recommend replacement over repairs. Comfort advisor is coming out today around 430-5pm to go over replacement options. System power is turned off at junction box next to the system.

Sarah invited us out today for 3 AC tune ups! While going through the systems I found just a couple things that need attention. Most importantly, I found that the main level blower housing was very dirty. This is putting some strain on the motor causing it to pull a little more power than necessary. Next I found that the upstairs unit has been working harder than it needs to. I recommended a hard start for the system to help it on initial start up. I left options for hard starts on each unit to help prevent future problems as well.

The 2018 bryant furnace was making squiling noise on start up. They have a loose cooling wheel on inducer motor. They have not had a tune up in a while. Today we did a 29 point tune up. They signed up for one furnace and one water heater tune up for next year. We changed the filter. We replaced inducer blower wheel. Furnace and water heater running when we left.
