The overall service from Western Heating and Air Conditioning took time and office workers were a little confused about some of the work that was needed for the finishing up of the repairs for Carbon Monoxide leakage problem. Performed ac tune up. Blower wheel is little dirty. Filter is dirty, I Replaced filter. Temp split is a little high but still good. Blower capacitor is a little low. Static pressure is high due to not enough return air and filter. Condenser capacitor is high on the fan and compressor side. Contactor has burning marks on it. Tightened up the disconnect and contactor connections. Recommend doing an A/C tune up kit. You didn’t want to do the kit at time of service. You purchased a box of 1†filters. System is up and running when I left.

Came out for no heat on a 2015 furnace. Found the flame sensor was not testing in specs. I cleaned sensor now it reading at a 2.5. Gave option to replace and msc to prevent Thai from happening again. Both options were declined at this time. All other parts were working properly. System was working properly when I left the call.

Came out for a prepaid msc ac tune up. Ac is a a 2007 Bryant. Found the filter was dirty needs to be replaced. Replaced today with tune up. Found the blower motor was caked with debris. Found it to also be leaking oil. Found the 45 for the 3/4 drain line for coil is crack recommended fixing to prevent water from getting into furnace. Option declined today. Found no other issues with system. All electrical components are testing properly and working properly toady, see health report card. System was working properly when I left the call.

Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '07 Bryant ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the outdoor condenser, I found all components are operating properly. All electrical measurements are well within manufacturer specifications and the unit is functioning correctly and smoothly. Moving inside, I found the 16x25x4 filter was dirty and replaced it with homeowner approval. The temperature split across the evaporative coil is good, indicating a proper charge of refrigerant. The electrical and mechanical systems are working well. See health report card for any specific information. I mentioned that the furnace doesn't have a gas drip leg meaning it's out of code. I told her it was about $190 for us to put one in and ensure proper installation and function. I noticed the water heater does have one. Fatima invited us out today for an AC tune up! The system was installed by us two years ago and is in great shape! There was only one part that was starting to show some wear and that was the capacitor. I recommended a hard start to help out with the load. Thank you for having us out today!

Upon arrival I turned ac on and system had no power, after looking at wiring, fueses and breakers the SSU switch had gone bad. I replaced SSU and got system running. I put gauges on the ac and added refrigerant to match specifications. Everything is operating properly upon leaving

Looked at three control heads for a mini split unit. Systems were not whopper rating due to incorrect settings on the remote. Also control has not been cleaned in sometime. I removed the filter and great from all three heads and cleaned them. Verified with all three units that when remote settings are proper units operate as they should. I also verified condenser is functioning as it should and is clean. All three units are running upon my departure.

I preformed 2 AC tune ups today. The systems are old and have bad static. The compressors both are over amping at start up, i put a hard start on each to prevent this from damaging the systems. A comfort adviser is going to come out and give a price for 2 new AC’s. Both AC’s where running when i left.

I performed an AC tuneup on a 2019 Amana system. The system is working properly. There is some dirt in the blower wheel and evap coil. But it’s not affecting the air flow yet. The the outside condenser coil has quite a bit of cotton wood lint around it, I washed it and recommend Neil to wash it with the garden hose monthly or so. The air scrubber bulb was burnt out. Neil approved its replacement. The new build was installed and has one year warranty. The air scrubber was working fine when I left. See health report card.

All electrical measurements are within manufacturer specifications and everything is running well. Moving inside, I found the blower run capacitor is measuring low and needs to be replaced to ensure proper operation of the blower motor and to make sure the system is running as efficiently and safely as possible. I also found the blower wheel is very dirty and should be cleaned as soon as possible to make sure the equipment stays functioning correctly for a long time and to improve air quality and airflow throughout the residence. Performed ac tune up. System is running well and with in specs. Condenser is showing quite a bit of wear. Don’t know how much life is left in the compressor. We talked about replacement and having someone come out to replace it. You would like to wait and see if it lasts through the summer. System up and running when I left.

Ronald and Michelle invited us out today for an AC tune up. The unit was installed in 2008 and is starting to show its age. Today I replaced the capacitor and contactor. Added a Hard Start kit and left Ron with a couple filters. Overall, everything that we did today should improve the life of the system and help it to start up easier. System was up and running when I left.

I performed an AC tuneup for a 1998 Bryant system. The system is working but it has some issues that need to be address; - the capacitor for the blower motor is weak and unreliable. Craig said that the motor was replaced by another company recently. Craig will try to get a hold of them to see if they will change that capacitor. - the capacitor for the compressor is also testing below factory specs and it should be replaced. - the contactor for the compressor has signs of burning and pitting it also should be replaced. - the evaporator coil has lots of rust, but it seems to be working okay. My recommendation is to keep maintenance in this system and start to make preparations to replace for a new one.
