Jessica was pleasant and professional. The pricing question above average. Does that mean the pricing was above a normal cost or below a normal cost? Question is ambiguous.
Ran furnace tune up on system, all ops are normal with the furnace at this time . Did notice that expansion tank on water heater had failed recommend replacing soon .
I responded to a no cool call today. Upon inspection I found that the filter was really dirty causing airflow issues which mad the evap freeze over. When I replaced the filter with on provided by the customer the airflow improved but was still a little off. This is due the the furnace sitting on the floor pulling through a 1†filter. I also found that the furnace has gas flex inside of it which is against code. I recommend fixing the gas line as well as adding a drip leg. Carson did not want to do that today. AC was running when I left.
2020 air-conditioning system down today due to a faulty capacitor. I found a high-voltage line connection slightly loose. This likely had something to do with the premature failure of the capacitor. Herm measuring 14 should measure 40. Capacitor is under warranty both parts and labor. Replace the capacitor and system is up and going with a 20° split.
Returned on day two to complete flus and return air. Ran flu and combustion out front of house with concentric kit, glued fittings down to furnace and configure flu and combustion through ceiling cavity. Cut in return air at basement stairs on exterior wall of return drop. Modified ductwork and sealed ductwork.
I performed an AC tuneup on a 2017 Amana system. The system is working properly with no concerns at this time. I changed the filter. Steven signed up for the Western Savings Club. See health report card for more details.
Bogo tuneup. Furnace is in good condition I noticed there has been a past water leak it does not appear to be leaking anymore. Appears to be from a loose hose clamp. I verified the hose clamp is tight. AC is also in good condition. All electrical components and refrigerant levels measure within manufacture specifications. System is up and running up on departure.
Furnace tuneup. Most test for the furnace tuneup were within manufacture specifications. The blower housing is pretty dirty and may need to be cleaned. DeLon says that there are no problems with dust or allergies in the home. AC tuneup. Indoor unit is looking pretty good. Coil may have a slight amount of dust. Outdoor capacitor is measuring near the edge of limit. Contactor is making a loud buzzing noise. Would recommend replacing both
WSC maintenance plan AC tuneup. Went through entire AC system. Found no issues. Everything should be good to go for this summer.

Debbie invited us out today for an AC tune up! The system is going on its 15th year of cooling and overall, I am very impressed with the way it is working. I noticed a few parts that have started to wear but there was only one that was actually out of spec. That part was the capacitor to the blower motor. We swapped that out today! AC was running when I left.
Maintenance plan AC tuneup. Performed full detail AC tuneup. Equipment looks good. Everything is operating in manufacturers specs. See health report card for more info. Installed 2 surge protectors. One for the furnace and one for the AC.
Complete AC tuneup provided customer with estimates to do a duct cleaning
Danny invited us out for a furnace and AC tune up today! Both systems were installed by us about 3 years ago now and everything is functioning very well. I made the recommendation to add a surge protector to the system to fully protect the warranty on the system. I also made the recommendation to add a hard start to the AC side of the system.
AC Tune Up refer to health inspection report, unit also not cooling well. On arrival evaporator coil was frozen with a thin layer of ice. Filter was dirty replaced with a new one to check the airflow, thawed out the coil and began tune up. Blower motor compartment is very dirty and really ought to be cleaned. With the way that it is at the moment there’s likely issues with moving air efficiently and a dusty environment does not attribute to reliability on motor and control board. Coil once thawed does have some debris inside of it and would benefit from being cleaned. Capacitor for the blower motor is showing a 13% drop in its capacity this can cause issue with reliability of the motor and may lead to premature failure of motor itself. System overall is showing its age high static pressure doesn’t help and the indoor units cleanliness calls reliability and overall efficiency into question. Outdoor units compressor amps are a little higher than would be expected given the low ambi
