MSC AC tuneup. System scored in green in all areas of the health report. No major issues. Found that the furnace has an aftermarket surge protector added to protect the electronics and control board computer. The outdoor AC unit is a high efficient model and also contains a computer control board, however it does not have a surge protector installed. Recommend installing one to protect it. Normal voltage in is 240 Volts. If that was exceeded there would be significant damage done to the unit. The manufacturer warranty does not cover electrical damage or failure due to blackouts, brownouts, electrical surges etc.....

Performed ac tune up. Everything running with in specs. Water heater doesn’t have an expansion tank. Water heater is making a bit of noise. Recommend replacement new water heater and flow tech system up and running when I left
